Executive Director
JourneyMates is seeking its next Executive Director—a spiritually grounded, relationally gifted leader to guide the ministry into its next season of growth and development.
We nurture that transformation through contemplative prayer, reflection, and spiritual practices in Christ-centered community. JourneyMates creates time and space for people to slow down, pay attention, and simply be with Jesus.
The Executive Director will steward this mission by providing visionary, pastoral, relational, and organizational leadership. This is an opportunity for a leader who can hold spiritual depth and organizational excellence together—someone who listens well, discerns prayerfully, builds trust, develops people, and translates vision into action.
